Hi I’m Crystal, your AuDHD OT! Pronouns She/her. Special interests: sensory processing, neurodiversity, crafting, reading and looking at bodies of water. I have spent the last decade educating myself on neurodiversity, and discovering my own neurodiversity (and chronic migraine and hEDS) along the way. I studied Occupational Therapy at New York University and am honored to be able to use my knowledge to help people live their best, most authentic lives. I have worked with individuals across the life span (literally 6 months to 106 years old!) and in various settings (home, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, clinics). Yes, I know my ADHD is showing. Each setting and person is different but what remains the same is my overall approach. I get to know each person I work with as a whole, how their physical & mental capabilities, environment, support system, interests, wants and needs all interact with each other. In my practice I bring evidenced based approaches, an understanding of the human nervous system, as well as lived experience as a neurodivergent adult. Together we will work to better understand your neurotype and what tools or adaptations we can make to help you reach your goals.
